Since 1990, CISS has offered a wide range of day program services for adults living with disabilities. We aim to maximize the independence of each of our consumers by developing programs that include various levels of life skills training, education, community involvement, and social activities. Each of our locations offer specific programs suited to serve local needs.
Port Moody…
Individual Day Services:
IDS assists individuals who wish to be active and involved in their community, but would be unable to do so without this service.
Inlet Enterprises:
Inlet is a seniors community based day program. It was established to help facilitate the deinstitutionalization of Woodlands, and help serve other individuals needing similar support.
North Shore…
Individual Day Services:
This program is designed to assist those individuals who wish to be active in their community, but would be unable to do so without this service.
Leisure Services:
Leisure Services provides an outreach service to seniors on the North Shore. The participants utilize existing community programs in order to meet their individual needs and wishes.

Policy 5.15 Acceptance into Services
Individuals must be: 19 years or older
Interested in participating in community activities
Living with a developmental disability
Able to provide funding for services based on their individual need
An appropriate match of requested services The Society having the ability to provide service(s) | |
