One of the goals of LINCS is to develop more efficient ways of providing services through the sharing of their resources. Several community living agencies, including CISS, collaborated to discuss new ways of working together. This collaboration of independent agencies, originally called Community Living Consortium has now evolved into LINCS, which stand for Learning through Innovation by Networking Community Services.
