Mary Joy Russell |
Program Manager - Inlet Enterprises maryjoy.russell@communityintegration.org Mary Joy is the Program Manager at Inlet Enterprises. On a daily basis, she supports all Inlet consumers and staff members, both full and part-time. Mary Joy offers continuous support to both staff and consumers and ensures that all manuals, binders, and files are regularly updated. As well, Mary Joy is responsible for attending Annual General Meetings, ISPs, and others alike. Mary Joy’s favourite part of her work "is when the consumers arrive and greet the staff and their peers in a friendly manner, it gives the job value."

Lee Weisgarber |
Program Manager - IDS Port Moody lee.weisgarber@communityintegration.org Lee and her team do an exceptional job of organizing and running the senior’s lunch program, Kyle Kitchen at the Kyle Centre in Port Moody. Lee is the Program Manager in charge of the Health and Safety Committee and is also on the Social Committee. Lee is also in charge of staff development and is highly involved in the ongoing process of assisting consumers with finding paid positions within the community.

Ester Dela Cruz |
Office Administrator Assistant e.delacruz@communityintegration.org Ester assists Pam with the maintenance and administration of payroll, accounting, and personnel documentation. Ester is also responsible for administering and maintaining employee benefits and working closely with Worksafe BC [WCB] and the Disability Management Institute [DMI]. Ester enjoys the satisfaction of completing her tasks and meeting new people.
